”Room itself was good, however the sink backed up and the toilet was badly chipped and made it uncomfortable to use.”

”Room was “ok” there was dirty towels left from previous guests missed by housekeeping and the curtains has black visible stains. Bed was comfortable and view from the room was enjoyable as well. Food at the bistro was AMAZING their staff was all incredible as well.”

”check in area smelled of smoke. when it is open here and there not always when it's supose to be. The bed sheets had pubic hair in them. The bed cover felt dirty and sticky. I was really hoping I wouldn't come home with bedbugs. The room smelled but was covered up by some cleaner or spray, a little bit. Loud people till super late at night. Super bright light right outside the room that made it look like daylight outside all night. Couldn't sleep it was so bright. The walls, doors and windows...

”The whole experience was *okay*. If you need a room quick last minute it will suit. The place had an issue with being on the main road so transients are a thing... Just be mindful.”

”This was a last minute booking, I was looking for a place with a hot tub. I was pleasantly surprised, the little condo was so cute, had a full kitchen, living room and separate bedroom. It had a view of the bay and the bridge and is located very close to the historic bay front. It was clean , very cute and one of the best hotels”

”The hotel has severely gone down hill. Extremely hot and zero air conditioning. You could see the outside thru the top and bottom of the warped door. No pool or hot tub, they are possibly redoing it. The room never got cleaned. No breakfast. I will say the bed and pillows were comfortable at least. But overall, the hotel has gone down hill very badly. We have stayed at pretty much all the hotels along this strip of the ocean, and this was by far the most run down and dilapidated hotel we’ve ever...

”I appreciate that it was pet friendly and pets stayed free. The place was so-so. The microwave worked for 30 seconds and then wouldn't work after that.”

”The room had a view. It was easily accessible with a power wheelchair. The staff was friendly & let us into the room early so the person in the power wheelchair could get some much needed rest. She was very happy with the room. Location made it easy for her to get to the beach & local restaurants & coffee shops.”

”This is one the nicest properties I ever stayed at. I saw it had a 3 star rating as an Inn. Can't understand that. This place is a gem. I'd say a 5 star. I hesitate to say that. Like to keep it a secret.”

”Wonderful property and location. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. The balcony with bay view was the best part. We had dinner and morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the marina. We also had a perfect view of 4th of July fireworks. We look forward to staying here again.”

”Our family of 5 stayed in the one bedroom suite. It was a lot more spacious than I thought and the layout was very nice. This is our second time back this year and we are always very happy with the staff and amenities. The staff is prompt and helpful. The gym and just enough, the indoor pool is our favorite and the location is great. The breakfast is also very good and provides a lot of variety. Overall, its our favorite place to stay in Newport!”

”The staff were friendly and we were checked in fairly quick. They did have an issue with one of the elevators, but it was fixed the day we got there. We were bummed we weren’t able to use the fire pit area because we brought our dog. It was one reason I booked there, as I didn’t see anything on here about that area being off limits to people with pets and it was not mentioned when I called to confirm room availability for bringing our dog.
