”Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door.
Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

”The welcome building is terrible. After a long drive we needed to use the restroom. It was behind the check-in desk and worst than a gas station restroom. Toilet couldn't flush and it was dirty and unkept. The outside of the property is in need of repairs. Very shabby looking. The first room we looked at was dingy looking and smelled stale. The second room was decent.”

”Their website states they have a pool but it is closed indefinitely. Along with that, my entire stay I had to use the stairs because the elevator needed to be worked out but never saw anyone working on it the entire time. Would not stay again. Breakfast in the morning was not fully put out and the girl that’s supposed to be doing that had her feet up on a table and was on her phone the entire time. Not very professional in my point of view. ”

”This was one of the most uncomfortable hotel experiences I’ve had.
After checking in and settling into my room, a staff member knocked loudly on my door and, in a very emotional and confrontational way, told me I needed to move my car immediately—like I had done something wrong.
I called the front desk to clarify, and instead of resolving the situation professionally, I was told that if I didn’t comply, I would have to leave the hotel.
I moved my car as instructed, in the rain, to another area...
