Frozen, vegan burritos for $12 that you can get from king Soopers for $1.99 or the “Croissant Collection” was actually frozen hockey pucks smaller than the palm of my hand (I am only 5 ft tall) they didn’t even have the frittatas. Sold as a “ “Luxury Resort”, I had a “suite”, asked for the celebration package, someone called me, told me they were to busy but could probably have balloons in the room. No balloons. If...

”Restaurants were very expensive with below average food. Because of a week day visit many restaurants and attractions were closed. We won a free dinner at Ballys only to find the restaurant was closed. Doubtful we'll ever return. ”

”Had to walk all the way to the front desk to ask for a wifi password, it’s odd that they don’t have that information on the keycards or in the room. Not the best area to stay in as there were homeless people outside of my room at midnight asking for money. ”

”At check in, I was not provided a room. I was told that the boiler went out and they didn't have a room for me and my family. No prior notification was provided. We had to find a room at another hotel in town. This was a total nightmare, and I will never book a room at this hotel ever again!!”

”Overall, had a good experience. The location was very convenient to local ski resorts which made the experience much more pleasurable. Rooms are a bit dated and could use a facelift. If you are person like me that really is not concerned about decor, the price per night made is just right for you. The hot tube and sauna were wonderful after a day on the slopes.
