I reported this to the front desk the next Moring and all they said was “I’m sorry”! No refund, no discount, no future credit. No thank you! Not ever going to use this hotel chain again. The little food shop was really handy when we needed a late night snack and bottles of water (a vegetarian soup option would have been good for my two daughters ) We did have a problem with a scorching hot shower the first morning but the manager sorted it within a few hours , I think hooks placed in a different part of the bathroom(ie not directly above toilet ) would have been more hygienic and helpful for when...

Suggestion: Use fresh eggs in the egg/sausage section. Suggestion: Ensure that there is enough sausage. Suggestion: Have better selection of teas. Suggestion: Keep enough coffee for every guest to have a couple of cups. Suggestion: Have some honey set out.”

”Beds were very comfortable but the room was outdated and the shower floor was dirty. The AC worked whenever it felt like, luckily the weather was not that hot. Right next to the highway so it was very noisy at night you could hear the traffic passing by. The staff was very friendly. Ok if you are passing by and need an affordable place to rest.”
