”We liked almost everything about the property except the pool was closed. We chose it for that reason only to find out when we arrived that it was closed.”

”We arrived at 3:30 in the morning and they started knocking on the door at 8 o’clock to clean. The room wasn’t quite enough time to sleep. There was no signs we could put on the door to avoid that. There was scaffolding for stucco outside I guess. every time I went to walk down the stairs, I forget that there was a little step from the landing to first.”

”Parking, breakfast, coffee ,tea, location, proximity to the walk able lake trail and the large room size were my favorite things, The girl not activating my Mom's room key and then making me ask her twice to fix it and then she still did not do it and I went to the car to grab more stuff...with my arms bursting with items she with a straight face still did not have that stinking key ready. I guess she was waiting for me to drop all my stuff in the lobby...panties and all. Then like seriously 5...

”If you need a refrigerator that stays on, don’t stay here. They have room refrigerators that turn off after 2 hrs…”

”I fell for the good pictures they used for marketing. Our room key hardly worked and had to keep going to get it fixed. The room needed paint in a corner and was over sprayed. I get it’s an older building but it was a bad experience. Some stuff needs updated or work. I try to be good and more positive but I couldn’t with this stay. The cleaning staff are so nice and helpful though. Front desk wasn’t really. So glad someone was available to open the door when the key wouldn’t work to get in....

”They clean your room every other day. If you have the hanger in the door they will still come in anyways, which I wasn’t very much a fan of. Elevator was down when we arrived.”

”hotel was being remodeled, very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to airport and convenient stay for guest flying out. They do offer food at hotel but not much else near by.”
