”The room was clean and a nice hot tub.”

”Someone had spilled burnt wood/charcoal (from what?) just outside my rooms door and the major pieces were mostly picked up but not vacuumed during my stay. My other concern was that I could not figure out how to get consistently warm water to take a shower. I don't think the listing prepared me for such a large facility I was thinking it would be more quaint so indications to the vast size would have help me make an informed decision. ( I am not a resort skier )”

”I loved this room, it had such a cozy vibe to it, would absolutely go again. But, check what is open and what is not, might have to drive a few miles to get a meal. But Sinclair is right there if you need just some grab and go. I would recommend, and I would go there again if I needed to !”

”Good experience. Any issues were taken care of right away. It’s a perfect place for an overnight stay. Has the basics met. Not perfect. No ice, internet was sporadic but bed was comfortable.”

”The rooms were great! The gym was also awesome. The hot tubs weren’t working which was a little bit of a bummer, but not a huge deal. The restaurant/bar also seemed to have weird hours, but there were plenty of other options in town. Overall my family loved it!”

”The place needs a complete renovation. The room, despite needing updated renovations was as clean as it could be. There is no air conditioning. I’m from TX and discovered that not many structures in CO have air conditioning, so I can’t hold that against them. It’s close to Grand Lake downtown just a few miles down the road. Management is not onsite and reticent to answer texts.”

”Wonderful place to stay in Winter Park! A small locally owned hotel. Very reasonable prices. The staff was excellent! The rooms are a very good size and very clean. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast! Not a hot breakfast, but had really good muffins and pastries. Not your typical hotel pastry.”

”Easy check-in and out, small, no air conditioning; only a gas stow for heating, need to keep windows open for airflow and oxygen. Not suitable for a long stay. Cleanliness is great, especially for such an old place.”
