”The property is definitely small but ultimately plenty big for two people looking for a place to sleep after a day of exploring! Bathroom was surprisingly big compared to the rest of the space. We appreciated the snacks and drinks waiting for us when we got there and the location is perfect for easy walking access to Main Street.”

”Awesome location. This condo was an easy drive to the ski slopes and Durango restaurants and activities. The resort is very nice. Has a fitness center and indoor pool, restaurants and bars. The condo had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and a nice tv. Very clean. The kitchenette had coffee and coffee makings for the single cup keurig. Enough cookware for light cooking on 2 burner stove or toaster oven. We have no complaints. Had a wonderful vacation.”

”This is a very average rental, especially when you consider the high price point. The unit is not a kitchenette "as advertised", and was not well stocked, we ran out of essentials like toilet paper and trash bags. The furnishings are "well used", the hot tub was cold, and there is an adjoining room that the sound bleeds through. Our neighbor had a dog that barked constantly when they left.
