On the ground floor, there are two welcoming bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with private bathrooms and built-in wardrobes, as well as an extra bathroom. On the first floor, two en-suite bedrooms offer stunning sea views from the balconies.



The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, guarantees functionality and style, as well as ease in meal preparation.



On the lower floor, there are two more bedrooms, a secondary kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious entertainment area, with television, snooker table, table football and table tennis.



The exterior includes a spacious terrace with a heated private pool (additional cost), sun loungers and grassed areas for outdoor leisure, as well as a dining area with barbecue and jacuzzi (additional cost) for relaxation moments. The property is fully enclosed, has an automatic gate and parking.

The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi provides an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquillity and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €3000 per group, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 12 guests.

From the 13th to the 16th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
