”Clean, nice breakfast, decent pool (clean! But small, no hot tub). Excellent service staff, especially when I misplaced items. :)”

And we never stayed. We walked in, and walked right back out. And Expedia should back us. We called Expedia right away , and told them the condition of the motel.
