”The house is very cozy. 3 bedrooms and baths, large kitchen and dining area. The best thing is the pool area looking right out to the ocean. A covered patio and cute octagonal pool . There is also beach access below. Lovely location too, easy to get to Maho and Simpson Bay, also the airport.”

”Location - Location - Location. What a great location and property. Easy walking distance to Maho Beach and shopping district. If you rent a car - any easy drive to Philipsburg, Mullet Bay Beach etc. Never made it to the french side - but Mullet Beach was excellent with chair/umbrella rentals and a couple of beach bars for your beer/daqueri needs. Anchor House was as pictured. Deck with pool was awesome. Unfortunately to warm to leave doors open and enjoy the crashing waves. Bedroom AC...

Beautiful home with ample amount of space for our group of 10 (5 adults, 5 kids)!Air conditioning worked great, the house never felt warm!Plenty of pool toys for the kids.My only recommendation would be to get rid of the projector in the upstairs master bedroom- the blue power lights are super bright at night, my understanding is it didn’t work anyways. ”
