Huvilat – Sint Maarten

”Overall great stay Issues reported were addressed immediately. Property manage (Chris), deserves 6 stars. House is spacious including enormous kitchen. Pool is great. View is to die for. Cons: location. Property is located on the southern East coast so be prepared for a 20-40 min ride to any location outside that immediate vicinity. There is a great boardwalk with plenty of shops and Resturant a short 5-10 drive. Cons: beach…heaps of sea moss clutter the beach making it unusable for anything...

”There was 7 of us. Grandparents in their 60s, two adult children with their wives and one granddaughter 7 months old. The unit was extremely clean, and spacious. Each couple had their own bathroom. All three bedrooms and bathrooms were good size especially the master which had a wall of sliding glass looking out over the pool and beach. Spectacular!! Being in the villa was perfect especially when the baby took her naps. We brought the baby monitor outside by the pool to listen and watch her...

”We really enjoyed our stay in SXM! The house was perfect - the location was great with walking distance to restaurants and groceries. The view was just amazing and the pool was great and private - it was hard to leave! Check-in was easy with Romez meeting us with keys and instructions. Everything worked as expected and we had no issues. Definitely looking forward to a return trip!”
