”Our family of four from Finland were looking to explore the great ocean road for a couple of days and while Simpson isn't on the coast I would still definitely recommend this accommodation since the house was very clean and everything was functional. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen, WiFi etc. Our daughters aged 5 and 7 felt at home and I enjoyed the drive through the forest when heading towards the coast. The host seems easy to reach as well, even though we didn't have any problems.”

”Very good location for a pit stop on a Great Ocean Road drive with only a short drive to many of the highlights. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped having also some basic spices, canola oil etc. Although we stayed at one of the suites, the place had a nice cottage-like feel to it, and the surroundings really beautiful with all the flowers, the windmill and the country-side around it.”

”The owner is super nice and helpful. We didn't not receive his checkin email due to email lock, but he was kind enough to meet us after hours to open unit and give a full tour. The unit was clean and soooo cozy and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen & laundry. We cooked full meals with ease. The large cozy living room was a nice to enjoy after a day of exploring. This is a super place to stay along the Great Ocean Road. We definitely recommend and would stay again.”

”We stayed in the Monash Cottage as it is pet friendly, this was a major attraction for our stay. The Monash Cottage is quite a rustic building with a unique history, however the basic nature of the building won’t be for everyone. But it worked really well for our purposes and would stay again. This site is an interesting piece of living history in a rural setting.”

”We loved our stay at Rehab155! Perfect for a weekend getaway on the great ocean road. The location and stay was as described, truely remote and secluded. We spotted lots of wildlife including birds, deers and a koala. Matthew was an exceptional host who was responsive and friendly. Would recommended to anyone who wants a peaceful and unique retreat away from the city.”
