”Jarod was very helpful and friendly. Amazing location. Within 1/2 mi several restaurants as well as 2 grocery stores. Very safe area as well as friendly folk. So close to Greenville concert hall. Definitely will stay again.”

”Nothing too bad nothing to great. What got my goat was washer and dryer take quarters only. Even more annoying than this was management ran out of quarters and told me to run to the store. This is backwards thinking, staff should be running to the store whenever they are even close to running out of quarter reserves.”

”I think we stayed about 5 minutes before we decide this not the place for us. After check in, we drove around the building to find our room, and met a truck trying to repo a vehicle and 2 girls were running barefoot after the repo truck. Then we went to park and the guy in the room in front of the parking spot came out and stared at us as we were getting out of the car. The smell of marijuana was in the air. As we were walking up the stairs, 2 ‘ladies of the night’ met a man and went to his room...

”The room smelled and the bathroom did not shut fully due to missing wood. The room overall seemed clean but very dated.”

”We love this hotel. Some changes have been made that are not great. One there is no food or beverage service at the pool, which was a real disappointment. Also they have stopped complimentary breakfast and there are no ice machines. Besides these things the property is beautiful. The beds are so comfortable. The pool is big and very nice.”

”I stayed for two nights , as arriving Sharon at the desk greeted me it was immediately a warm welcome with her and her humor. She warned me about the sold out solf ball tournament that was being held in Greenville so she put me on the 4th floor to prevent all the noise from the children there . The hotel is new and clean . My only problem when I enter my room the sink was clogged up with hair but I called the front desk and they had it fixed . The next day I asked for housekeeping but never got...

”The staff was nice and helpful. The door in my room did not deadbolt lock, because the lock and strike plate were way off. That means I couldn't fully secure the door, which I did not like. There were a few other minor things left unfixed, such as the drain plug for the tub that wasn't secured, and wall mounts for shower supplies that were left sitting on the sink. The air conditioning unit was fairly loud and clanky. It put out air fine, but annoying to try to sleep during.”
