Täydelliset 4 yötä / Perfect 4 nights
Orchard Roadin poikkikadulla sijaitsevana erinomainen sijainti shoppailua ajatellen. Somersetin metroasema lähinnä. Erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde. Aamupalaa en kokeillut, mutta kaikki toimi, mitä tarvitsin. Siisti hotelli. Excellent location near Orchard Road. Close to MRT Somerset. Good value for price. Didn't have a breakfast but otherwise everything was as expected. Clean hotel.

Basic hotel close to Orchard street shops
Ok stay. Average rooms with very basic breakfast, but close to Orchard Street and MRT stations and friendly staff. Portable cot for the baby was 30SGD which was quite expensive.

In the sweet spot of Singapore
Grand Central provides excellent location for leisure shopping or business travelling. It's located in the heart of the city, and there are plenty of dining options available nearby. The hotel itself is pretty new, but nothing fancy. It provides all needed services for successful trip to Singapore. The staff is helpful and polite. Due to very high humidity and temperature, the initial smell of the room is a little musty. The rooftop pool is nice, but there has been a renovation process ongoing at least half a year.

The hotel is very old & outdated. The bedroom was very small & only just enough room to walk sideways down one side of the bed to get in. The bathroom was very small too. Everything is old & run down. We tried to get our belongings out of the safe before we left but the battery must have been flat & it didn't open - had to go get security to open it. The hotel location is good for Orchard Rd & close to the MRT. Breakfast was actually in the next door hotel & everything was cold so not worth eating. We didn’t get to the pool so can’t comment on that. Overall I would not stay there again.

This is the place to be! Affordable, yet everything you need. Clean and very central located, near a node of MRT lines. Although we have stayed in 5-star hotels before, with spacious rooms, we didn't lack any luxury in this 3-star hotel. The room was average in size and it had everything we needed. I was very pleased with the bed (on which we slept very well), the large window from ground to ceiling with beautiful view of the internal garden, the bathroom with a very convenient layout, the very good working airconditioning, the cooker with instant hot water, the very friendly and helpful staff (especially when you need a taxi), the clean rooms and housekeeping, the mini breakfast buffet in sister hotel Chanchellor (with even delicious warm (indian, Chinese and European) dishes, but also toast, yoghurt and fruit), and last but not least the proximity to public transport. It was only a 5 to 10 minutes walk to metro (MRT) station Summerset (the red line) or to MRT station Dhoby Ghaut (the red, purle and yellow line). It is by far the most central located hotel in Singapore. If you are staying as a tourist, this is the place to be!

無料でアーリーチェックインできました。フロントの対応は普通です。笑顔が全くありませんがそんなものかと思います。一人中国系の方はテキパキして仕事が早く親切でした。 部屋の広さは写真よりも狭いです。掃除は行き届いています。日本から持って行った変換器の取り付けに少々迷いましたたが、ベットサイドにある2箇所を使い問題なしでした。テレビ近くの差し込みはおそらく電圧が違う表記だったので怖くて使いませんでした。 コーヒーメーカーがあるのでいつでも飲めて便利です。冷たい水も熱湯もここから出ます。 アメニティは石鹸、ボディソープ、シャンプー、歯ブラシ、スリッパなど一通りあります。朝食は隣のビルの一階にこじんまりしたフードコートがあるので便利です。夕飯は少し歩いてセンターポイント地下一階まで行くと食べられます。途中にカッページプラザという夜は良い雰囲気のお店が並んでいる通りもあります。 オーチャードまで歩いていけます。 ドービーゴードまでも歩いていけます。大きなショッピングモールがあるので食事、買い物ができます。

The property is in serious need of a revamp. Reception staff on not friendly or helpful. Returning to Singapore in the new year and will definitely not stay here again.

Property is safe and in a good location. The AC didn't work properly, the safety bars in the bathroom were broke, coming out of the wall, out of 10 TV channels that were suppose to work ,4 didn't work. The staff were friendly and helpful.
