”All of the staff at the Ritz Residence were super nice and friendly to us - top notch. I was disappointed that the unit was only on the 4th floor, as I read reviews on here that it was on the 21st floor. The listing doesn't specifically indicate which floor, so that would have been helpful to know ahead of time. ”Everything worked as expected or better”

”From the moment we walked into the door of the property we knew we were in for a treat. The owner was very responsive and kind enough to allow us a bit of an earlier check in since we were arriving earlier than anticipated. Only drawback was the air conditioning in the bedroom was not effective, therefore the room was very warm at night. Not a deal breaker, we would definitely return. ”My host Sophia was great! My studio was immaculate and well furnished with all I needed. The property is very close to several great dining options and the beach. Of particular interest to me, is how close it is to Phil Foster Park and the excellent scuba diving on the Blue Heron Bridge. I plan to become a regular visitor to take advantage of some outstanding shore diving.”
