”The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Location was great for what I needed. Now the truth. The refrigerator had many settings but It was really a freezer. Everything in it froze even on low settings. The air conditioner worked when it felt like it. The room would get very hot until the air kicked on and then it froze you out. The rooms carpet is shimmy and sticky. We wore our shoes the entire time in the room because of the carpet. We stayed on the second floor. A chain smoking convention...

”Bed sheet was not clean and there were two personal items under the bed sheet. Front desk staff lack of experience one of them gave me wrong room number and key and the other one didn’t have an idea about my special request and told me the check in is at 4 pm”

”The condition of my room and the lack of security on the premises was horrible. Upon entering room 276, we noticed a strong smell of smoke and a strange odor. It appears the room was not properly cleaned; while the bedding was fixed, the floor was left visibly dirty. Additionally, the environment outside at night is incredibly uncomfortable.
