”Nice clean hotel with an excellent location to the Magnolia Theatre (just across the street). Our Expedia conformation showed check-in time to be 3:00PM. Upon arrival at 2:50PM I was told our room wouldn't be ready until 4:00PM check-in time. I showed her my conformation email and was then able to check-in at 3:25. There is a bar in the lobby which would have been nice to wait in, but it doesn't open until 5:00PM. We were disappointed that there is not a complimentary breakfast at this...

”The staff are very helpful The food was good, warm food was warm and cold food was cold. The Room was comfortable and clean. The pool was not heated and thus it was ice cube cold. Kids - liked the pool. Adults - we need to be pampered. The cushions that you sit on in the dining room need a good cleaning, as well as under the tables.”

”I never leave negative reviews, but this motel was just the cherry on top. I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay at not even for a NIGHT. It stinks like Cigarets, It definitely wasn’t cleaned before they checked it out to us, since another persons UNDERWEAR & SOCKS were hanging on the shower curtain. To top it off, there was cigaret burns on the bed sheets. SUCH A DISGUSTING PLACE. Do not spend your money here. If you have children with you, DO NOT STAY HERE it smells horrible and it is not...

”I don’t know what to tell you I have had si h wildly different experiences at this place. The first time I stayed there it was was gorgeous, perfect delightful. and that time I was able to pay the deposit on my card. The second time, I had cash for the room, I had my ID and money on my card, but that time they said it had to be a cash deposit.. ok.. I wasn’t able to get cash from the local atms, and I was sp tired, it was Christmas, and I had to work the next day, so they made an “arrangement”...

”This property has all amenities travelers would need; including clean room, accessible laundry facility, complimentary parking and wonderful friendly staff.”

”Managed to get an accessibility room after some discussion. Evidently you can only reserve them if you phone in and not by registering online. Also right outside the accessible room was the only ice machine for the whole facility and it is not secured at night. People were filling large coolers at all times during the night. Most did not actually stay at the lodge.”

”Something special. Cllose to many wineries. Hacienda’s own wine is worth tasting. It’s excellent wine with smooth taste. Nice garden and pool area.”

”The manager in the office , her name was stephanie, she lied and said that I damaged towel and that I stole towels, and I told her I gave it to the maintenance lady and she said she don't have proof when I told her to them. And she charged me $75 out of my $100 deposit and I don't find that right. Someone needs to get on”
