Hello KimThank you for your feedback. Along with you myself and staff were disappointed in the lack of attention in the lounge. However the positive out of this was that I was able to use as a reinforcement of expectations by both the business and our guests. Unfortunately since covid it has been nigh impossible to recruit staff especially in the cooking field. Most of the businesses in the town are finding it very difficult. Hello JulieSorry you were not satisfied with your room. If you had requested extra chairs we would have been happy to provide. Most of our clients use the extensive desk area for that purpose. Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately (or fortunately) we cannot have microwaves in the rooms as the alarm system is very sensitive and steam from hot food has in the past caused them to trigger. There is then a $1800 fine from the fire service for a false alarm. We are very willing to heat food for guests in our kitchen. As an alternative our serviced apartments have full kitchens.
