”We took an impromptu trip to the Cajas and fell in love with this property. We had a big group of 5 and they accommodated us with ease. It was easy to book, beautiful property, quiet, and so much nature. The workers were so nice and helpful. So many amazing people working together to make this place run. We did on site fishing which was so fun for the kids. The restaurant was warm and welcoming and the food was great. The view was even better. This location is amazing and I highly recommend it....

”The hotel is in the middle of downtown. Surrounded by restaurants and sights of the city. The location and price were ideal. The place even had a jacuzzi and pool. The price was so reasonable. The place is old and has a charming beautiful rustic look. ”

”Esta en pleno centro de Cuenca, es un buen lugar ya que solo se camina, pero le falta limpieza, tiene olor a tuberias, las cobijas estan sucuias, y el piso tambien No es el mejor lugar para quedarse pero esta en pleno centro de cuenca y el staff muy bueno ”

”The hotelito has a very cosy atmosphere thanks to the artistic sense in its interior with hundreds of nice details and the helpful staff. The wooden floor makes some "noise". Only 5 minutes walk from the centre.”

”フロントに人がおらず、ホテルに入る時も出る時も常に待たされたので、朝のチェックアウト時くらいは誰かいて欲しいと思いました。近くに市場や店がたくさんあり、バスターミナルからも徒歩圏内で良かったです。チェックイン時にテレビのリモコンを渡されましたが、電池切れで電源が入らなかったのが残念でした。”

”The hotel is a beautiful old house with a lot of character. The personnel was really helpful and nice, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was very clean and there was hot water in the shower. There was wifi and also a laptop for public use in the lounge area. Free tea and fruit and/or cake available all day. The hotel is located about 10 blocks from the main plaza, which didn't bother us, but I wouldn't recommend walking there alone at night.”

Stayed with family & loved out time Cuenca is beautiful and local gem is a must! Very nice family owns it and they do everything to assure you have the best time there. Breakfast is great in am. Freshly prepared when you arrive to the breakfast table each day. I can’t say enough good things. This property is a true treasure! ”
