Panoramic Villa with private pool

This Villa was completely renovated in 2019 by a well-known architect. Furnished and decorated with unique interior design pieces, the Villa is nestled in the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub and is wonderfully located on the Torre delle Stelle hill. Finely renovated, the house enjoys an enviable panoramic position, with breathtaking sea and coastal views. The large terrace is equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners. The entire renovation project was conceived so that all rooms of the main unit could enjoy the view, both from inside the house and from the outside.
Inside the main unit of the Villa, there are two double bedrooms (one with private bathroom), as well as a double bedroom (ceiling height from 1.85 to 1.20m) created from a mezzanine in the living room. Furthermore, accessible from the garden, a newly renovated independent unit (2021), with double bedroom (with comfy sofa bed), private bathroom and kitchenette. All the rooms in the main unit overlook the sea and the color palette adopted in the interior choices evokes it: from white to sand to emerald green. Totally, the Villa features four bathrooms with shower: three internal, and one accessible from the garden. Furthermore there is an outdoor shower with hot water by the pool. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning systems. The synergistic work of the materials and color choices, as well as those of the furnishings, give this Villa a harmonious whole, in which everything contributes to creating a sense of quiet and relaxation. The pool (5.3x4) and the large loggia complete the setting and it is not difficult to imagine a drink by the pool, admiring a postcard sunset.

The Villa is located 5-10 minutes drive from the beautiful beach of Torre delle Stelle (Genn'e mari).
It is a beach renowned for its crystal clear sea, shallow seabed (safe for children) and white sand. There are various services on the beach: bars, umbrellas, it is possible to book organized excursions, rent pedal boats, dinghies etc.
Near the Villa (5-10 minutes by car), there is a center with a very well-stocked supermarket with selected local products and an excellent restaurant/pizzeria, as well as a newsagent, a bar-tobacconist, an ATM, a butcher's and fishmonger's offering excellent fresh fish every morning.

Inside the village, there are two tennis courts, a basketball courts, a football pitch, a small children's playground etc.
The magnificent view, the pool overlooking a breathtaking landscape and the unique interiors make this context the ideal choice for a relaxing holiday.
To reach the house, you will have to drive along a road for the exclusive use of the few residents, which is not paved to preserve the landscape.

PLEASE NOTE:
Each rental includes a fixed fee for linen/final cleaning of €250.00 (payable on arrival).
The price includes maintenance of the swimming pool and garden, gas, water, *electricity (up to 110kwh), internet, TV and linen for all guests (sheets, 3 bath towels per person).
Respect separate waste collection by following the instructions provided on site.
