Welcome to Sint Annaland and this spacious apartment is designed for 4 people. Each room opens onto a balcony through sliding doors. From the largest balcony, you’ll enjoy views of the island’s largest marina, often called the 'pearl in the Delta.' On the opposite side, the balcony offers a view of the Krabbenkreek, where you can relax in the shade and watch the tide of the Oosterschelde flow by. If you're lucky, you might even spot seals basking on a nearby sandbank!

This ground-floor apartment, located on the first floor of a small-scale complex, is ideal for up to 4 people, and pets are welcome (up to two). Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the rooms with natural light, and the sliding doors lead to two spacious balconies (totaling 27 m²) with water views from both sides.

The modern, urban-chic interior has been carefully chosen to create a warm, homely feel. High-quality materials enhance the cozy atmosphere, making it easy to unwind after a day spent outdoors. In the living room, you can relax in front of the flat-screen TV, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, and both a Nespresso and filter coffee maker.

The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and a sink, with a separate toilet in the hallway. Both bedrooms come with 180x200 cm box spring beds, bedside tables, and wardrobes. One bedroom, overlooking the harbor, also has a TV. For families, a foldable cot (60x120 cm) is provided. Waking up to water views on both sides... what more could you ask for?

For cyclists, there’s a large storage room on the ground floor with a charging point for electric bikes. The apartment includes one parking space, with additional parking available nearby. Plus, air conditioning ensures your stay is comfortable, even during the hottest days.

From the apartment, you'll enjoy a stunning view of a vast water landscape dotted with sandbanks that stretches out for miles. This area is a haven for (migratory) birds, offering year-round opportunities to watch them dive for fish—a mesmerizing sight. Right outside the door, there's a small beach perfect for a fun day out, especially with young children.

The center of Sint Annaland is just a short walk away, as is a large Jumbo supermarket. If you're not in the mood to cook, several charming restaurants are close by. There's also a lovely walking and cycling path that leads to Stavenisse. From the marina, you can embark on boat tours to spot seals and porpoises, or rent sailboats for a day trip. You can even take a boat to Zierikzee, with bicycles allowed on board.

The area surrounding the apartment is rich in greenery, with plenty of walking and cycling routes to explore. Historic dikes, windmills, farmhouses, and authentic villages dot the landscape, providing a sense of peace, space, and connection with nature. Arrival is possible daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during holiday periods.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in is available from 4 p.m., and on departure day, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., with the key returned to the designated collection point.Baby cots, if available, do not include bed linen, so please bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided.
