The small-scale apartment complex 'Vista Maris' offers you peace, space and nature. From the living room of this apartment you have a fantastic view over the Oosterschelde. A special landscape in which water and sandbanks alternate. Spot the seals that come to rest on the sandbanks, or the birds that fly in all year round. And with a bit of luck, the porpoise's dorsal fin can also be seen when it dares to swim close to the coast. If you step into the open kitchen through the living room, you look out over the large marina and the village of Sint-Annaland. On the ground floor of the Vista Maris you will find this apartment for four people. Ground floor, urban chic furnished and accessible via the central hall. The apartment consists of a living room, open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a balcony. The bright living room has been furnished with care. Here you can relax on the couch after a long day, in front of the flat screen TV. When the weather is nice, you can slide open the doors to the garden to let the sun in. Even with colder temperatures, this apartment is a wonderful base; underfloor heating is available in every room. From the living room you step into the open kitchen. Here you will find a combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine (filter, Nespresso). The bathroom has a walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and mirror. Furthermore, this apartment has two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have bedside tables, a wardrobe and a box spring with two separate mattresses (80x200 cm). From the bedrooms you step onto the balcony (27m2) through the sliding doors.
