Hofstee 18 is a welcoming, detached holiday home designed with families in mind. Freshly furnished and entirely on the ground floor, the bungalow offers space, light, and a relaxed atmosphere for up to five guests. The bright living room invites you to unwind together, with comfortable seating and a cosy fireplace that makes evenings just as enjoyable in cooler seasons. The open kitchen connects seamlessly to the living space, creating a pleasant setting for shared meals and family time. There are three well-kept bedrooms, including a double bed, a single bed, and a bunk bed, all with good mattresses and wardrobe space. The neat bathroom features a modern walk-in shower, washbasin, mirror, and toilet, offering everyday comfort for the whole family.

The house is well equipped for a carefree stay. The kitchen includes a combination microwave, 4-burner gas stove, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, Senseo and filter coffee machine, pans, and dining table. Practical amenities such as a washing machine, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TV are also provided. Outside, you’ll find a spacious fenced garden with a grassy lawn, patio furniture, parasol, and a swing for children. A garden house offers extra storage, and central heating plus a wood stove ensure comfort throughout the year. Baby facilities such as a high chair and cot are available, and pets are very welcome up to two dogs can stay with you.

Located in the quiet holiday park The Hofstee in Sint Maartenszee, the home is about 2 km from the wide sandy beach. A scenic walking and cycling path lead you through the dunes straight to the sea. The central yet peaceful location makes it easy to explore the coast, enjoy nature, and relax in a family-friendly environment.
