”If I could give more stars to this Hotel I would. It was absolutely perfect. Check in was super easy. The room wad enormous and we loved it. Great shower. Tons of room. Was a 2 min walk to the Falls and a ton of great restaurants. Everyone I encountered that worked at the hotel was beyond nice and friendly. We were there for one night and honestly wished we could have stayed longer.”

”We would definitely stay here again! The location was perfect for walking along the river and very close to the falls! We also enjoyed walking around downtown and visited a few local breweries. The hotel looks recently updated. Our room was quiet and we had a river view! Good continental breakfast and the breakfast host was very nice! The check-in person didn’t seem to enjoy her job. Sioux Falls is a great place to visit.”

”Property was run down. Missing cushion in the couch, elevators not working, leak in the pool, fixing ceiling during busy weekend stay. Rooms were not cleaned well before check in.”

”My room was right next to the elevator, so it was really loud. And the hotel had a wedding on the upper floor above me, so you could hear that until about like 10 o’clock. So if you’re trying to go to bed early, that wouldn’t have been happening. And it was really awkward to have the pool and hot tub be on the other side of the dining/bar area because you had to walk around that in your bathing suit, which felt really awkward and embarrassing.”

”I liked the decorations and the atmosphere. The person who checked us in was very polite and inviting. The hotel at large and the room smelled good. I was awaken three separate time by dogs barking and had a difficult time falling back to sleep with the mini fridge making noises most of the night. The hand towel had blue toothpaste on it and our was white so it seemed as if they were not changed out. My daughter appreciated being able to grab a bite to eat at breakfast before her...

”**Long review ahead** We went to check in at our check in time (3:00), and could not check in due to them cleaning our room. We were told to come back in 30 minutes and it would be ready to go (completely understandable). We came back in 30 minutes checked in, went up to our room and see it not cleaned and the housekeeping was JUST STARTING TO CLEAN OUR ROOM. When I went to go down for a different room, they told me to wait since they would be done soon. we waited 45 EXTRA MINUTES upon already...

”It was dirty. The dude at the front desk was sniffing his shirt when I came in and then he changed it before helping me. The curtains and nightstand were broken and the room was overall dirty.”

”First time I stayed here was excellent. This time we had a couple incidences; someone pooped in the pool, we had to wait 15 mins for someone to light the fire, marshmallows were so hard they wouldn't melt, and the staff were a little rude.”
