”Overall I enjoyed the Vrbo. The best part was the location. That said the listing was not clear that there would be a 10 minute walk through cobbled streets or that there would be approximately 70 steps involved. This information was provided after booking the property. The property was a bit difficult to find. GPS got me nearly there but I missed the property because there was a sign on the door with someone else’s name. Then there was another narrow 2 flights of stairs to get to your room....

”We stayed at Villa Sigurata for three nights in July 2023. The rooms matched the descriptions. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, providing a comfortable place to rest after long walks in the scorching city. The hotel owner, Nikolina, was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with a lot of useful advice. I highly recommend taking the airport transfer through the hotel, as the price is not much different from, for example, Uber, and the taxi driver assists...

”Beautiful apartment at the top floor of an old town house, with views over the roofs; at a very central location, near restaurants, cafres and museums. Some stairs to get there, of course. The service was really friendly: we were greeted before noon right when we arrived from our early flight, and we could stay till the afternoon when we left town - apparently other reservations so late in the season made this possible. ”This is absolutely a hidden gem in Dubrovnik. Tucked just a few steps away from all the attractions in the Old City, it felt like an oasis of calm and luxury. ”We spent 4 nights at the hotel. The staff was warm and we had a great time. The room was beautiful and cozy. We stayed on the 3rd floor. We were nervous in advance how we would handle the stairs, because there are a lot of them in the old town and we were warned about them, but we didn't find the stairs to be a problem. We were offered a bag service to the room, which I'm sure is useful for some, but my husband carried both of our bags. We were able to store our luggage at the reception...

”We had an excellent stay at the Rooms Nina. We were very well received by the host, who was very kind and smiling. The room was very beautiful, cosy and clean. So was the bathroom. She gaves us a lot of places to hang out, and eat. We thank her very much for everything. The Old Town is a 20 minutes walk away. There are a lot of things to do and see. It’s very beautiful. We certainly recommend this place and vacations in Dubrovnik ! ”

Mainio hotelli varsinkin lapsiperheille

"Siistit huoneet, joissa parveke ja upouudet minibaarit ( tulivat viimeisenä lonapäivänämme hotellin kaikkiin huoneisiin), mahdollisuus syödä kolme kertaa päivässä, erittäin monipuolinen buffet-ruokailu, josta varmasti jokainen löytää sopivaa syötävää (useita eri pisteitä, joissa kokit valmistaa lihaa, kalaa, kasviksia, pizzaa yms. (Illallisella juomat ei kuulu hintaan, edes vesi). Hyvä iso uima-allasalue. Ranta myös pienen kävelymatkan päässä ja siellä kelluva vesiesterata lapsille. Alueella paljon kissoja, joita tuli siliteltyä ja välillä ruokittuakin ahkerasti. Muuten ympäristössä ei mitään kovin ihmeellistä tekemistä/nähtävää. Turistikauppojen lisäksi ei löydetty esim. mitään auki olevaa ruokakauppaa lähistöltä. Vanhaan kaupunkiin kuljettiin Uberilla. Matka kesti n. 15-20 min ja maksoi ajankohdasta riippuen n. 20 euroa, joskus enemmän. Kannattaa olla tarkkana, että kuski todella saa ajaa vanhaan kaupunkiin saakka eikä jätä esim. kilometrin päähän! (Keskustaan ajoa rajoitettu paljon!) Ainut miinus oli, että ilmastointi ei ollut riittävän tehokas, kun joka päivä oli 30-32 astetta ulkona. Toimi kyllä mutta 24 astetta huoneessa oli itselle liikaa nukkumista ajatellen. "

"Erinomainen aamiainen, lähes Kempinskin vertainen. Rauhallinen tunnelma kauttaaltaan. Hotelli menossa remonttiin, se onkin tarpeen. Palvelun taso ei aina hyvä, puuttuuko palveluhenkilöstön koulutus, onnistuminen yksilökohtaista. Onko hinnoittelu Dubrovnikissa mennyt överiksi."
