There was a damage deposit required but I would not get that back for a few days which is not good. I also did not get a receipt for payment when I checked out. and I forgot to ask for it. ”

”This property is our hotel of choice in Lethbridge. The location is ideal. More importantly, staff is consistently pleasant and professional in all respects. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and very quiet! Breakfast is more than adequate. We definitely recommend this property. ”

”We were VERY happy with everything to do with our stay. Room was great - had a sofa, comfy chair, desk and chair and a great bed. All updated and fresh looking (except the tub had a crack that had been repaired) Breakfast was plentiful and fresh - eggs, sausage, waffles, coffee, several types of juice etc. Also the breakfast room was nice and large with booths and tables. ”

”Nothing spectacular. Room was clean, bed comfy. Check in is in the Ramada next door. It is motel style, so parking is right at your door. The car wash next door was quite annoying. Thankfully it was not open too late. If you need a blow dryer, ask for one at the front desk. There aren't any in the rooms. ”
