”Great hotel to visit Mumbai. Location is not the best, as it's not easy to find any restaurants or supermarkets nearby but it is easy to move with Uber around city. Staff and room were great! Breakfast was local and nicely served on their terrace, but maybe to exotic for western traveller. ”

”The hotel itself is great, staff was amazing. While I liked the area and the noise did not bother me, it is a bit far from touristy things to walk but taxis are readily available and street noise is present even in your room, or at least it was in room 448. The room was extremely large, matters was comfy, water pressure in the shower was fantastic, mini bar had ample selections and room service is 24/7. Felt very safe inside with multiple layers of security. ”

”This hotel is value for money. People describe it as a decent business hotel and that it is! It is located in the Fort area which is relatively close to all the attractions such as the gateway of India. However you will have to take a taxi everywhere.
The rooms vary in size. The first room we got was very small and the bathroom even smaller. However after requesting a bigger room the manager was kind enough to show as a couple of options and let us choose the one we wanted. This was great...

”My stay was very comfortable with the staff being very attentive, Excellent hospitality and personal care, Staff are very good. Quality of food is highly hygienic from local restaurant. Location of hotel is just close to all shops and restaurant. Taxis and other transportation is easy available. I will surely recommend to my group. Really it was comfort trip for me. ”Room was so humid that dry clothes in the bag got wet/moist. Mold in the ceiling of bathroom.
Room on arrival not clean. During the stay cleaning level perfect. Though cleaning happened before noon and I felt like I should plan my day according to cleaning staff's schedules, not what one would expect from vacation.
Fullcarpet in the bedroom, like in 1980, requires update to non-carper floor. Bed and pillows were good as in normal 4star hotel.

”During a month's stay I kinda got used to the awful smell of the carpet in my room. I purchased a Smart Room via Hotels.com, but they put us in a Zen Room, which smelled like an old bar. And at first they had the nerve to lie that the room was in fact the Smart Room we purchased. After two days of complaining, they fortunately put us in Comfort Rooms, which was a nice upgrade and made up for the unfortunate beginning. The restaurant Gulmurg was nice, but very pricy. ”Hotelli on halpahotelli ja oli sellaiseksi siistissä kunnossa. Se oli vielä aika uusi. Tuotteessa tosin oli halpahotellimaisia piirteitä, esim. vessapaperia ei kuulunut huoneen hintaan. Pyyhkeet ja saippuat kuitenkin olivat ja nettiyhteyskin toimi hyvin.
Sijainti on hyvin keskeinen, mutta samalla tosi meluisa. Aamulla ennen seitsemää ulkoa tuleva melu herätti, vaikka huoneemme oli kolmannessa kerroksessa.

”I would recommend for couples or solo travel.
Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer.
Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally.
Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people.
There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street.
