The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto a bright living room equipped with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table with chairs and well-equipped kitchen. The living room overlooks the portico with a lovely table and chairs for outdoor meals with a view of a small private garden, perfect for families with children! The home is completed by a bedroom with a double bed, smart TV and wardrobe, together with a bathroom with shower.

The shared swimming pool measures 10m x 20m and is open from 20 May to 23 September, from 9 to 20. The use of a swimming cap is required.

Surrounded by the plants of a charming park, the thermal centre offers everything needed to regenerate and find serenity and wellbeing, thanks to the healing sulphurous waters that flow hot from the bottom of the lake. Also not to be missed are Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.



The apartment is easily accessible from the nearby Verona airport which is only 20 minutes' drive away.
