Endless Summer is the ideal solution for a family vacation full of comfort, space and relaxation. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people , thanks to the double bedroom located upstairs and the quadruple family room downstairs .
The apartment has two modern bathrooms , both with shower cubicles and fully equipped.
The rooms are bright and welcoming: the large living room offers Smart TV with streaming services, fast Wi-Fi with repeaters on each floor and a living area ideal for relaxing after a day on the lake.
The kitchen is fully equipped , equipped with everything you need for long stays and in total autonomy.
Outside you will find a private and spacious patio , perfect for outdoor dining, as well as deckchairs dedicated to your relaxation. At the back there is also a private garden .
A big plus of the property is the very large private garage , with direct access to the apartment.
The communal pool , shared only with 3 other accommodations, guarantees tranquility and comfort.
There is also a small private laundry room , equipped and perfect for longer stays.
Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are free throughout the property.
Pets are allowed only on request .
The supplement ranges from 50 to 100 euros per stay, depending on the size.
Italian Homing is a property management company specialized in the professional management of holiday homes and tourist rentals.
To ensure compliance, security and a contactless experience, our procedures are automated and required before arrival to manage self-check-in with maximum security.
All buildings are cleaned and sanitized by certified, high-quality cleaning companies.
Italian Homing will provide a welcome kit for all properties and all the necessary information about the property.
Customer support will be available exclusively through instant messaging apps or e-mail at the times indicated: from 9:00 to 19:00 and until 22:00 on the day of check-in.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to fill in the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, to sign the mandatory contract with the online structure and to perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explicit that it is mandatory to deposit the required deposit by credit card as security, to guarantee any damage .
It is forbidden to accept minors who are not accompanied by their parents.
Please note: we do not guarantee to answer by phone after 10 p.m.
It is not possible to stay longer than 30 nights.
