”This place feels like home. The attention to detail in decoration, food and amenities denotes passion from the owners and staff. We love our stay at Bellachroy and invite others to not hesitate in staying at this idyllic inn. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very charming and friendly.”

”Our room was spacious, with a picturesque water view. Hotel staff are friendly and engaging; made us feel welcome. The restaurant is great. Breakfast, too. And the pub where we chatted with some very nice folk. Worth the splurge.”

”Great hotel, great staff, great food, and really great golf.
Stayed at The Machrie for my 60th Birthday, mainly to play the golf course, but also as a base to explore Islay. We’ve stayed in many hotels - this was one of the best experiences we’ve had. My wife suffers from Coeliac Disease so has to have a strict gluten free diet. Staff were knowledgeable, identifying what dishes she could have and she wasn’t ill all week.
