”The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Televisions in the room lacked streaming services. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. There are no service lifts for work crews and cleaning staff. Everyone uses the same lifts which is a less than optimal guest experience. ”

”We were accused of smoking in the room and got charged 250$ over it and we dont even smoke. There was no talking to them about it so we just ate that 250$. The maids leave the balcony doors open while they clean and the balconys are EXTREMELY close together so if someone was smoking while they were cleaning then of course they would smell it in that room even if it was someone on the floor below them smoking on the balcony. I walked back into the room before we left and it DID NOT smell like...
