”Lots of good stuff, but I expected a bit more. It's one of the nicest hotels in the area (and the location is great), but my friends stayed at a much cheaper hotel, which offered things this one didn't. They had cold water out front. They had cheaper valet. They had free coffee out front, but I had to pay for ours. This hotel is still way nicer, but you'd expect some more extras. A welcome snack, or gift (or something like that) to make you feel it was special and upscale would be a great...
