”It’s a beautiful property. It’s very relaxing. The owner and his 2 adult children were very attentive , always smiling and ensured we had everything we needed. We are an American couple that stayed here 3 nights - we met a couple from Rome and a couple from Sienne that came for the weekend and talked with us about their country”

”Logement très atypique spacieux et confortable. La fraîcheur induite des vieux murs en pierre a été un vrai plus vu la température extérieure. Top le tri des poubelles dans la cuisine. Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !”

”Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti con la famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La stanza era ampia, confortevole e molto pulita. Tanti piccoli accorgimenti molto utili per chi soggiorna. La colazione semplice ma genuina e abbondante: ottima la crostata fatta in casa! L'ultimo tratto per raggiungere il casale è una strada sterrata che però è in ottime condizioni e quindi non presenta nessuna difficoltà anche con auto normali. Posto molto consigliato!!”

”A very nice place to stay in Spoleto. Very comfortable, and Anamaria was such a nice person to us. We were driving a car, so the distance to all the tourist spots and restaurants was not a problem for us. ”

”Great little hotel with super friendly staff. Our room was ready really early and we were allowed to check in which was a bonus. Nice and quiet room and great breakfast included in the cost. We’d stay here again.”

”Valle Rosa is a beautiful property immerse in the countryside. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are beautiful and clean. The breakfast was really good and it offers many options. ”

”Nice village. The hotel is at the bottom of the city. it is the lowest point by the very steep hill. Small area by the lobby, but no active service. The city has underground escalators for tourists and locals..”

”Amazing small hotel great that it has additional indoors pool included in the proce of the room helps when the weather is not great as the outdoor pool is not heated. Great room even small one is including balcony and is quite spacious. Only improvement I would suggest is more choices in the restaurant as after 2 days of lunch and dinner you might feel like you tried everything. Pool menu is a nice alternative as you can order just a small sandwich btw amazing focaccia with mozzarella 😍”
