”This was a great spot to stay for us in Bend. If parking wasn't available right in front of our room, there was plenty of parking just 30 feet away. It had a great view, and the windows had privacy film on them, so people walking the tail by the window can't see in. Speaking of the trail, it was perfect having that easily accessible from the unit! The kitchenette was really useful as well. The only thing to that could've been better, is the bed was slightly uncomfortable, but fine for a couple...

”Loved the location! The deck was a nice place to hang out, there was shade, and you can listen and watch the river. The inside was adequate. We used the kitchen for meals a couple of times and most of what we needed was available. I would add oven mitts and dish towels - we ended up using the bath towels and probably made them dirtier than normal with food stains. ”

”Great location in walking distance to downtown Bend, the Deschutes River trail and a ton of beautiful parks. Step across the street into Drake Park and the Deschutes River. Plenty of great eating spots a d in walking distance to Old Mill shops and the Hayden Homes Ampitheater for concerts. We would use this property again. (We visited from Connecticut)”

”The condo was as described clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Beautiful view if the river. Easy walk do town and a beautiful walk along the river. Thank you!”

”Clean room, pet friendly. Better signage around the parking lot would be nice but the staff were super friendly when I called after driving around confused. Really nice place to spend a night.”

”We came for mother's day weekend. The room was nice. There was just no extra blanket for the pull out couch. And the main bed was most uncomfortable. The veiw was absolutly amazing. The trails were fantastic. Everything we needed to cook. Quiet at night, you can really hear the water. Overall, pretty good find. ”

”Beautiful river view in a cute apartment. Convenient to downtown "Old Bend" (walkable) and a quick drive to Old Mill district.”
