Boat Penthouse The Barco penthouse is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator on Calle Mayor, a charming pedestrian street. It is a very quiet street full of personal brand stores and bars with the aroma of artisanal coffee.

The beach is a 3-minute walk away, and all shops and supermarkets are within walking distance of the apartment. Sitges train station and bus stop are less than 10 minutes walk away.

The apartment has 1 double bedroom with a double bed, a separate space with a screen with a double bed, 1 bathroom and a living room with access to the private terrace. The room has large spaces to store your belongings.

The kitchen is American style, equipped with everything you need to prepare any meal. There is also a table with chairs in a separate area of the living room, which serve as an indoor dining area.

The living room has a sofa, flat screen TV and hot/cold air conditioning. From there we have access to the terrace with partial views of the sea and Calle Mayor. Equipped for sunbathing, having breakfast while watching people walk along Calle Mayor, or enjoying a candlelit dinner .

- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50
