Important notice: Improvement works are being carried out on Carreta Street from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The noisiest phase has already ended, and the final, less disruptive phase is underway. The works are expected to be completed by mid-September. Outside of these hours, the area remains quiet.

Sleeping up to 5 people, this penthouse has everything you need for an authentic holiday in the heart of Sitges. Located on one of the town's most beautiful streets, it's very quiet despite being in the center.

It has a living-dining room with air conditioning, TV and access to the large terrace with sea views, a kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay, 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, air conditioning and a fan, another with a single bed and a third with two single beds and a ceiling fan.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)
- Pets are allowed upon request.
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there will be a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.

Exit information:- Departure time is 11 am.
- Remember to turn off the air conditioning before leaving.
- Upon leaving, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
