Located in a recent building on the 4th and last floor with elevator.

You enter directly into the living / dining room equipped with a large table that can accommodate all your guests. Then a large corner sofa and a flat screen TV.

The living room opens directly onto the beautiful terrace also with a large table, perfect for sipping a good sangria after a day at the beach.

The independent kitchen with all the necessary equipment for cooking (hotplates, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.).

A first bedroom with double bed is downstairs and also opens onto the terrace. The bathroom with bathtub is en suite.

Upstairs you will find a very large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. A second WC is also in this room.

The apartment is CLEANED AND DISINFECTED by a team of professionals before your stay.

It is equipped with air conditioning in the living room as well as a washing machine and a WiFi fiber connection.





-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED.
-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.

-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine

-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).





-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros





-This apartment is equipped with an alarm system Securitas Direct. Alarm which is totally disconnected when guests are in the apartment.





-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.









Check-in regular time between 16h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 16h00, if available, requires extra 20€.

Sitges city tax not included: 1€ per night, per person over the age of 16, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
