It can accommodate 4 people, as it has a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (with shower tray) and a sofa bed in the living room.

The small kitchen is equipped with the essentials for your stay: a refrigerator, coffee maker, two stovetop burners, and all necessary utensils. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The entire apartment is surrounded by a balcony from where you can enjoy the sun and the Sitges lifestyle. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room and another in the bedroom for hot summer days. Wi-Fi is included in the price of the apartment.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1.75 euros per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)
- Pets allowed upon request.
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.

Exit information:- Departure time is 10 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
