It has a modern design very well distributed over 2 spacious floors with a total of 410m2 of construction, Wi-Fi connection throughout the house, private pool with sun loungers, large windows that give way to exceptional natural lighting, outdoor furniture where you can rest and enjoy a nice breeze and private parking.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with flat screen television, a dining room with capacity for 20 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a bar table ideal for breakfast.
Through the sliding doors of the living room you can access an outdoor dining room, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors but sheltered from the sun, a well-equipped barbecue area, stairs that connect to the terrace, swimming pool with shallow area surrounded of sun loungers and furniture with umbrellas, perfect to enjoy with friends or family.

Going up the stairs we find 6 rooms decorated with excellent taste that have 14 beds distributed in total. 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet.

1 Suite + 3 large rooms of 14 to 20 m2 each. 2 bathrooms (including the one in the Suite).

Important Aspects of Rates and Payments

At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for your stay, ensuring that you only pay for the services you really need. Our basic rental rate includes everything necessary for an excellent stay. If you wish to add additional services, we have detailed the extra costs for each below:

1. Payment Methods: You can pay by credit card (3% surcharge) or by bank transfer. The Vrbo Assistance service can be booked with either payment method, allowing you to use their customer service and support during your stay.

2. Cleaning Costs:
Monthly stays: Three intermediate cleanings: one intermediate cleaning at the end of each week, each at a cost of €90 Final cleaning: at the end of the month, cost of €295.

3. Low Season Costs: For monthly stays, a surcharge of €600 per month will be applied for water, electricity, and gas, based on actual consumption.

4. Late Check-in (from 20:00 to 24:00): Surcharge of €45.

5. Late Check-in (after 24:00): Surcharge of €70.

6. Pets: Surcharge of €145 per week.

7. Surcharge per person per night: €45. Applicable from 12 people and for children over 2 years old.

8. Refundable Damage Deposit: €1500 refundable 7 days after check-out.
