"Worst Sheraton I have ever stayed in, shower leaked flooding the bathroom flood, then toilet leaked toilet water all over the floor. Requested a room change which was not able to fulfilled. So disappointed & disgusted with this resort we ended up finding alternative accommodation and not staying ..."

"Comfortable pillows and robes in the room. The flooring looks nice but it gets very slippery when the air con is turned off.
