”This is basic accommodation with no elevator. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The shampoo and body wash in the shower had pump tops which are easier to use than the squeeze bottles so many places use now. We didn't try the included breakfast but it didn't look like there was a lot of options.”

”I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chattanooga South/East Ridge and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the bed, which was extremely firm and uncomfortable. A good night's sleep is one of the main reasons for booking a hotel, and I struggled to get comfortable throughout my stay. ”This was a great property. Rooms were very nice…clean and up to date. Breakfast was great! Check-in and check-out was easy and quick. I would definitely recommend this location.”

”Ice was limited. The 3rd and 2nd floor ice makers was not working. The first room we received was not ready for us. Bed was not made. Staff was great about getting us a new room. The place was clean but the room smelled a bit like wet dog. Still had a great night of sleep. Wonderful breakfast with lots of choices!”

”Very cool hotel. Nice spacious clean rooms. Didn’t stay in the rail car room but they looked really nice. Close walking distance to numerous restaurants. Definitely worth the price, which was very reasonable.”

”We booked a suite and got a standard 2 bed with no suite. Room smelt like mildew and cigarettes, carpet was wet. TV was crooked and looked like it was going to fall off the wall.”

”For the money spent this hotel was fine but it was very concerning that the black mold was spray painted over in the shower. That’s a huge health hazard. The beds were pretty lumping and the first floor had a very mildew smell to it. We honestly would like a discount on the room. For the owners knowledge, there was also water coming out from the shower handle. That will eventually cause an issue in the shower.”

”Such a cool hotel which was perfect for our trip to Chattanooga. The staffing was awesome the views from our room were amazing. It was walkable to pretty much everything we needed and we only had to take a couple of short drives.”
