”The staff were great.”

”Very polite servise all around the hotel. Hotel location is exellent in the heart of Belgrade. Quite a seldom have been at the hotel where all staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning) are really polite, but it was like that in this hotel. Breakfast is medium buffet, quite a tasty, also medium equipped gym. Only small thing that didn't worked completely was control of air condion in room if you would like to have really cool for night time. If try to set it colder, temperature didn't changed, also...

”The room was clean and bright. The breakfast was excelent. The stay was enjoyable. 0nly observations were the lighting/curtain controls were not pointed out and only one set of towels were left on 3rd night.”

”Alles super, kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Insbesondere wurden wir sehr gut bedient im Frühstücksraum von Aleksandar. Auch alle Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption haben uns in allen Belangen sofort geholfen. Herzlichen Dank dafür.”

”Nice hotel with free wifi. Very kind and helpful staff. Great breakfast with many option! Good location near city centre and restaurant area 'beton hala'. Could definitely stay again. The room was just very small but quiet and luckily the lobby/lounge was very nice where was good to work instead of room. Just was missing the gym/Fitness room. Otherwise good value for money. Thanks!”

”What a fabulous stay!! We stayed 1 night with kids and it was such a wonderful and convenient stay! Walkable to everything, staff were unbelievable! I honestly can say, I have never had such better service than I have with the staff here and we only stayed 1 night. When there was a question/issue, it was resolved right away. I am absolutely coming back to this hotel. I highly recommend it. The rooms were wonderful and cozy! ”

”Vietimme joulun hotellissa. Aamupalasali ja ravintola olivat erittäin viihtyisät. Oli kuin Hercule Poirotin kanssa olisi aterioinut. Huoneet olivat rauhalliset ja kylpylä siisti. Sijainti oli mitä parhain. Saapumisen yhteydessä oli hotellin puolelta pieni moka erään tilausostoksen kanssa, emmekä saaneet, mitä olimme etukäteen tilanneet, mutta he korvasivat asian erittäin tyylikkäästi.”

”Otel merkezi yerde temiz ve düzenli bir otel ama ilk gün otel odasini toplanmaya gelmediler 2. Gün otel müşterisi olmama rağmen özel organizasyon denilerek otelin bar ve restoran bölümüne alınmadım. Bunca otellerde konaklama yaptım içlerinde diğer ülkelerde bundan cok daha iyi otellerde vardı ama hic birinde otel müşterisinin otelin barına ve restoran bölümüne alınmadığını ne gördüm ne de duydum hele ki dışarıdan gelen musterileri alıp otel müşterisinin alınmaması kötü bir davranıştır . ”
