”This hotel charges for parking and we got an additional charge for a "restaurant room charge" that was not indicated on the booking information. So the cost of the room listed on Expedia ended up being less than what we paid. I was not happy about the additional charges.”

”We were visiting Rockford in June 2026 for my IronMan 70.3 triathlon event. Our group had little kids (age 7 & 4) and grandparents (70+). Checkin was very smooth. I dont recall the name of staff member to give a shoutout, she was very nice. The hotel is about a 20 min drive from the venue of IronMan start, but it's in an area with many other hotels and restaurants, so it was convenient from that perspective. ”What I didn't like it, I didn't get services, to take my 2 luggages to the room even out of my room to the car... I couldn’t find service to help, iron my dress... Missing informations, don't know what time is the breakfast open and close, I did check out without get my breakfast, and I had an hour half ride to the airport... don't know nothing beside my room, if they have workout room.... wifi ...pool ...vendor area Beside that it’s okay. It’s clean inside. I had good sleep.”
