Welcome to Annie’s Hideaway – your cosy, coastal escape in the heart of Chapel St Leonards, just a short stroll from the beach. Perfect for couples, families, or friends, this dog-friendly two-bedroom home offers a relaxing base for your seaside getaway.
The space
Each bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfy lounge, and all the little touches to make you feel right at home.

You’ll find arcades, traditional pubs, fish and chip shops, takeaways, and ice cream parlours all within walking distance. The nearby beach is perfect for a day of sun and sand or a peaceful evening walk.

Looking to explore? The popular resort town of Skegness is just a 15-minute drive away, offering a fun-filled day out with its pier, amusements, aquarium, and more.

In summer, enjoy vibrant beachfront fun; in winter, embrace bracing walks and cosy nights in.

We happily welcome one large or two small dogs – they deserve a holiday too!

Guest access
You will recieve a code 24 hours before your check in time. This code will allow you to unlock the keys for Annies Hideaway. The lock box is located in the door way (oppposite the front door). There are two emergency contact number on the wall incase you have any issues, or be sure to contact your host.
Other things to note
**HIDDEN GEM** - Fancy a secret route to the beach? Head out the back door, through the garden, and turn right down the lane. Keep an eye out for the sandy steps on your left—your hidden shortcut to the sea!

Or, if you're in the mood for a little seaside fun first, turn left instead. Just down the lane, you'll find arcades, chippies, and sweet treats. At the end, turn right up the hill to reach the beach.

Whichever path you choose, the beautiful coastline is just a short walk away. The location to the bottom of the steps is called *Sandy Lane* If you type this into google you'll be sure to find it. Enjoy:)

Kindly note: We ask that dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Please bring your dog's own bed or basket to ensure they’re comfortable during their stay. 🐾
