Lomapuistot – Skegness

”Clean and friendly in a great location, great value for money”

”From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the owner was very polite, helpful and welcoming and tentative. This is the 1st time we have stayed in this establishment and I will wholeheartedly recommend Northdale to everyone. The price is reasonable, the breakfast you receive is more than adequate. Fantastic location to the beach and town. No problems with parking. I would definitely recommend the deluxe suite as its the largest room in the whole hotel. There is a separate living room area...

”Room and private bathroom was very clean, had a lovely hot shower, staff was polite and helpful, parking was not a problem at all”

”Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby....

”Imuria olisi voitu käyttää huoneen kokolattiamatossa. Nyt näytti siltä, ettei oltu.”

”Bad dont stay here”

”Nice clean room everything fully usable great value for money. Obviously not a five star hotel but great for a budget stay. Very comfy bed slept very well”

”We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day . Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain. Thank you Aramide for that. Olso the flat was clean and confortable, I can't fault any part of the experience. Raccomend any time.”

”The room was perfect, Iwas originally in a standard room until I was moved down to a disabled friendly room on before I had my first night, the owners we very friendly and can have a great laugh with them, I highly recommend this hotel”

”Great value, great location, friendly team, very helpful, this is my second stay here and I will definitely return.”

”It's in a good location, poor hygiene levels, bed bugs, cold in Autumn/winter, damp in bathrooms/not very well ventilated, the hotel needs pest control and a spruce up with new carpets, beds & mattresses, need proper cleaners, the shower step is too high especially for disabled people.”

”Lack of staff you have to phone a number to talk to someone and there was no breakfast like it said bed and breakfast otherwise it was ok it had a nice shower”

”The hotel felt dingy and unclean. I'm sure it was nice one day, but that day was a long time ago. Also the access code to the room keys was left on the unattended reception with a list of the guest names, I'm certain this against data protection laws.”
