"My stay at Deerhurst was sadly not satisfactorily. No cleaning service for 4 day stay. Required reservations for expensive buffet dinner. The food at buffet was terrible. Besides, the non-motorized sports, the place was terrible. Thanks Jonathab"

"Staff needs to be more attentive to guest concerns. The hot and cold water in the pools were mixed up one morning. Some people were surprised stepping into a cold jacuzzi and a very warm pool."
