”Yes the staff was friendly my husband had a medical emergency staff did up and beyond there duty had the same room for extra nights while my husband was in hospital couldn’t do enough in making my still was saved and se cure .Did not get to the spa but I would books holiday there again in a heart beat.breakfast had lovely options ”

”Excellent room, we had an executive suite and the view was marvellous as was the huge four poster bed. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best we've had, proper cumberland sausages - what can I say!. Staff were also excellent especially Joanne the manager who went above and beyond to make our 4 night stay very enjoyable. We had 2 meals in the hotel pub and again the food was of a very high standard, one meal was a sunday roast which I found absolutely superb. Will definitely stay here...

”A lovely traditional style home in a fantastic location. Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and a nice spa. A very good breakfast included. Free parking Location and view are fantastic, with a couple of mins walk to the Windermere cruises dock, with easy access to Bowness and Ambleside. There are several nice walks in the local area. The rooms are a little dated/traditional in style, and the bathrooms could use a little refurbishment but the room was very comfy and well ventilated. No...
