Tony and Jill the greatest property managers ever, met us at the ferry on arrival, took us to the villa, and then taking us to the airport on our departure was such a great touch. ”Lovely clean little villa in quiet location with spectacular views over the port and town. Very friendly host. We would strongly recommend your own transport however as, although only 2km to Skiathos Town and all its excellent amenities, the villa is positioned towards the top of a very steep hill. We will definitely be planning a return stay.”

The private beach is one of the best features, but the rest of the house and the terrasse overlooking the sea are impressive as well. Be aware: The pictures don't reflect the situation very well. ”We had a lovely holiday in Villa Olivia. Our visit was during Corona-times, but the owner took every possible precaution. The house is beautiful and very clean, we would highly recommend it. Just be aware that there are a lot off stairs, this is not so easy for people with limited mobility.”

”The best place to stay on Skiathos! Room was wonderful, with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchenette, and lovely balcony with a view of the sea. It was a 30 second walk to a beach with gorgeous turquoise water in addition to a 25 minute walk into town. ”Beds were really bad. Bed bases feel when you try to sleep. In freezer were someones food. There are also spiderwebs at corners. Our room was in basement and was very dark. Everything needs renovation.”

”Beautiful view from our balcony and communal area round the front of the property. Very clean with great facilities and air con, the wifi was not the best so be prepared. Very steep walk up to the property which is doable if you are quite active, would recommend to have a car or motorcycle otherwise. Close to a bus stop, nice supermarket and town centre. ”
