”The first night we were in room 4 on the ground floor and it was one of their cheaper rooms, clean and all amenities provided but had a very over powering mouldy damp smell. At first we thought it may not have been aired or used in a while, we had to drop our suitcase and leave to meet friends, we thought leaving windows open would air room. When we returned the smell had not gone and it was that bad and worrisome we tried to arrange accommodation elswhere but as nearly midnight and check in...

”Beds were really bad. Bed bases feel when you try to sleep. In freezer were someones food. There are also spiderwebs at corners. Our room was in basement and was very dark. Everything needs renovation.”

”Giannis was excellent - could not have been more helpful. The room itself was beautiful, partner found the bed a little too firm but I thought it was perfect. Free minibar was a nice perk. I wish the pool hours were longer but I understand from a liability perspective.
The vending machine in the lobby was an excellent touch. Room was kept lovely and clean! Location was perfectly central, delicious brunch was just steps away and the town centre was a few minutes out. I hope that we return to...
