”Check in was super easy—everything was clean—location was great—beds were comfy—hot tub was great—TV streaming use was easy—-we had no parking issues—communication from property manager was amazing—only 1 thing I would wish for is a filter for water but really no big deal. We had a great time and will be back!!”

”This was a perfect spot for our visit. Just minutes to Forsyth Park and easy walk up to everything by the river. Being able to bring our pup with us just added to our stay. ”Great unit and great hosts to work with. Very clean and easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and nightlife. My only slight disappointment was that there is no closet in the primary bedroom and limited dresser space, but other than that everything was great! Mermaid Cottages is a wonderful group to work with, excellent communication and very accommodating. ”
